Card Agreements

Credit Cards are subject to credit review and approval. Rates are determined by the creditworthiness of the applicant.

Earn 1.67 Rewards Points (1.67% cash back) for each $1 spent on qualified purchases. The value of each point is $0.01. If earned points result in a fractional amount, then such fractional amount will be rounded to the nearest whole number. For example, if your Rewards Points total 3.216, you will be awarded 3 Rewards Points.

After that your variable APR will be 15.99%-26.99% based on your creditworthiness. Variable APRs are accurate as of 9/23/2025 and will vary with the market based on the Prime Rate, Cash Advance APR is 28.99%. Refer to your statement for your current APR. Penalty APR: 29.99%. This APR may apply if within a six (6) month period, on two occasions you fail to make your minimum payment by the due date and your account is past due on your Billing Cycle. Once you become subject to this Penalty APR, the Penalty APR will apply until six (6) consecutive minimum payments are paid by the due date and your Account is not past due on any of these six (6) Billing Cycles. Annual Fee: None. Balance Transfer Fee either $5 or 4% of the amount of each transfer, whichever is greater. Cash Advance Fee either $10 or 5% of the amount of each Cash Advance, whichever is greater. Convenience Check Fee either $5 or 4% of the amount of each check, whichever is greater. International Transaction Fee: none. Late Payment Fee: $40. Over Limit Fee: $39.00. Returned Payment Fee: $39.00. Minimum interest charged is $1.50.
